Mushroom Pepper Manchurian Dry Recipe
Ingredients for preparing the batter for 200 gms of mushroom:
3-4 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp rice flour (can be added for crispness)
Half tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste (Optional)
Soya sauce(Optional - It can added in the final step)
Salt
Ingredients for manchurian:
Half Capsicum/Bell pepper (Red, Green, Yellow)
2 Medium Sized Onion
Spring onions (Optional)
2-3 Green chillies (cut into halves)
10-12 finely chopped Garlic
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Soya Sauce
Steps
1) Wash, rinse, wipe and cut mushrooms into two halves.
2) Deep Fry mushroom mixed with batter.
3) Heat oil in another pan. Add spring onions, onions, capsicum green chillies one by one and stir fry them for a minute.
4) Add 1 tbsp of Soya sauce and 1 tbsp of pepper powder and mix well.
5) Add fried mushrooms to the pan. Stir fry and mix well so that the sauce coats the mushrooms.
6) Serve dry pepper mushroom manchurian hot garnished with some spring onion greens and coriander.
