Power Booster Healthy Drink
I am writing this blog after a very longtime. I thought it is important to share the recipe of power booster drink. It is packed with micronutrients. Both adults and kids can have this power packed drink. Soak below mentioned ingredients for 2-3 hours. Ingredients Badam (5-6) Cashews (5-6) Dates (3-4) Pista (5-6) Anjeer (2-3) Walnuts (4-5) Black Raisins (10-15) - Soak it seperately Saffron (2-3 strands) Makhana (10-12) Roasted round chana (20 gms) White till (1 spoon) Banana 1 Milk (1 cup) Now blend all the ingredients and enjoy the drink.
